All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price advertised on this Website at the time the order is placed, subject to the Terms of Use and this Terms of Sale and Refund Policy along with any promotions or discounts that may be applicable. The price charged will be clearly stated in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after the time of the increase. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your total price, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. In no case shall Hi Hemp, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards for all purchases. By purchasing with a credit card, you represent and warrant that:

i. The credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
ii. You are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase.
iii. Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company.
iv. You will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Website at the time of your order

By agreeing to the Terms of Use you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to any capacity for our products to diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure or prevent any disease. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a thirty (30) day customer satisfaction guarantee.

The purchaser of Hi Hemp products bears all risk and assumes all liability associated with the use, purchase, and possession of Hi Hemp products. For ages 21+ only. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery for at least twelve hours after your last use of Hi Hemp products, or until you do not feel any effects of Hi Hemp products, whichever is longer. Consult a healthcare professional before using Hi Hemp products. Do not consume Hi Hemp products if pregnant or nursing. It is possible that you will feel intoxicated or “high” after using Hi Hemp products. Effects of Hi Hemp products may be delayed by up to 2 hours. Do not consume Hi Hemp products more than once every 12 hours. Use of Hi Hemp products may cause you to fail a drug test.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. By accessing this website you expressly consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington and the laws of Washington, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions, for any and all legal matters and actions.
